We’re so confident you’ll love Helpsies that if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7-days of receiving it, keep it and we’ll refund your money. But please do us a favour and pass it onto a friend or family member who might benefit from it! If 7-days or more has passed since opening/using your product we will be unable to provide you with a refund, so be sure to contact us as soon as you feel you’re unsatisfied. After all, our aim is that you are happy with your purchase and get the help you need and deserve.
Our returns policy lasts 30-days and includes free return shipping. If 30-days have passed since receiving your purchase, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. To return your item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to be returned via Sendle. Once we have received your item we will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 14-days, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and finalised. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you decide you’d prefer a different product to what you ordered, we’re more than happy to offer you an exchange. Please notify us at email@example.com as soon as possible, ideally before we’ve shipped out your original order. If we’ve already shipped your order, or you change your mind once it’s arrived, please provide us with proof of purchase and let us know which item you’d like to exchange it for. We will contact you to arrange free return shipping via Sendle. Once we receive your item in it’s original condition, we will notify you and calculate any additional charges (or refunds) depending on the price of the exchange item. We will only post your exchanged item to you once we have received your original order item, plus any difference in funds owed.
If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item as soon as it has been opened. We will send you out a replacement ASAP.
