Hemp extract oil is an oil extracted from the stems, leaves and flowers of the hemp plant. Hemp extract oil contains over 100 bioactive compounds, including phytocannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes, which have numerous documented health benefits.

No. Hemp extract oil is extracted from the stems, leaves and flowers (but not the seeds) of the hemp plant. It contains a rich blend of naturally balanced phytocannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes (AKA the good stuff!). Hemp seed oil, on the other hand, is an oil produced from hemps seeds. It’s a healthy oil that is high in omega-3 fatty acids which is often used in cooking and baking, however it does not contain ‘the good stuff’.

How you use Helpsies hemp extract oil will depend on the hemp laws of your residing country. In countries like the UK and USA where hemp oil is allowed for internal use, many people will use the extract orally for its systemic benefits. However, in counties like Australia, hemp extract oil is not intended for internal use, but instead can be used topically (for example, rubbed into the skin). 

If you are new to using hemp extract oil we suggest starting at a lower amount (for example 3-5 drops) and building up gradually to suit your needs. A typical daily amount would be up to 1 dropper (1ml), which is approximately 20 drops. However, some people may find they require less, or even a little more. Your body is unique… it’s all about figuring out what works best for you. 

Store your bottle of Helpsies upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. This will help to preserve the properties of the hemp extract.

Each bottle of Helpsies has a shelf-life of 24-months from the date of manufacture (see ‘use by’ date at the bottom of your bottle). 

This depends on how much is used on a daily basis. For example, if you use one full dropper (1ml) of hemp extract oil daily our 30ml bottles will last you 30 days. If you use half a dropper (0.5ml) per day, it will last 60 days, and so on. 

Our hemp extract oil is grown 100% naturally in the pristine Hinterlands of Byron Bay without the use of any artificial chemicals, pesticides, or fertilisers. For pest control we use ‘bugs to fight bugs’. Although we use natural and organic farming practices, we do not have an official organic certification, therefore we cannot call our products ‘Organic’.

Shipping is free for all orders within Australia. Overseas orders may incur additional postage fees depending on your region and will be calculated within your shopping cart during check out.
